| 10:10 pm | News from the campfire I'm kind of rethinking this whole "isn't it nice to live in California" thing. Finally found a map of the fires and fire zones and such (to think I only had to go to the official fire department page for that one...). My house is still in the red fire hazard zon, but the update says that the evacuation restriction is lifted for people with ID's. Now I just need to convince my relatives that saving my stuff is worth going there. The winds seem to be changing and hopefully I'll have a home to go back to this weekend. Things are looking up. | 9:32 pm | San Francisco A friend of mine is coming over to this coast soon and wants to see 'Frisco. So would I, come to think of it, but that will take a shitload of planning. Is there anyone here that can give me tips on getting around the city and what to see? The only places I've been to were the pier and some restaurant I can't recall the name of. | 12:44 am | counting in 'baby' Little sister was asked to count how many people would be present for dinner. After counting us all she cam up with: "Three people and Tavi". Well, she said "tree cheloveka ee odna Tavi", but what would be the point of posting this in Russian. Does this mean I'm not people? Can I have my own classification now, please? |
